Agents Bartholomew & Co reported a yarding of 823 head of cattle at their 14th Annual Beaudesert All Red Show and Sale on Saturday. The market was easier for all descriptions as dry weather in the south east corner is continuing to force large supply into the market place.  An outstanding yarding of quality red cattle came to hand.  Bartholomew & Co congratulate all vendors on presenting their cattle so well in tough weather conditions.

Hills Family Pty Ltd, Chinghee sold Droughtmaster steers 2½ years for $1345.  Droughtmaster steers account Ken and Carolyn Armstrong, Josephville sold for $1200.  Rahane Pastoral Co, Oaky Creek sold Droughtmaster steers two years for $1075.  15-month-old Red Brangus steers account Jim and Ellen Logan, Gleneagle sold for $1000.  Droughtmaster steers 14 months from Braskin Pty Ltd, Maroon sold for $795.  AJ Bush and Sons, Bromelton sold Droughtmaster steers 12 months for $600.  David and Annette Kassulke, Bromelton sold Droughtmaster weaner steers for $550.

Santa weaner steers account Trevor and Sue Whitehall, Mt Berryman made $560. Stargold Droughtmasters, Wallace Creek sold Droughtmaster weaner steers for $625. Braskin Pty Ltd sold Santa weaner steers for $565. Edwards Rural, Silverdale sold Droughtmaster heifers 18 months for $885.  Droughtmaster heifers 14 months from Simto Droughtmasters sold for $880. HC Pastoral Pty Ltd, Toowoomba sold Droughtmaster cross heifers 12 months for $830.  Braskin Pty Ltd sold Droughtmaster heifers 14 months for $750.  Jim and Ellen Logan sold Red Brangus heifers 15 months for $685.
