Steers over 550kg sold to 260c and averaged 222c, while steers 400- 550kg sold to 204c, averaging 185c. PJ & KN Timmins, Maroona, Mitchell sold Santa steers to 260c, reaching a top of $1846 to average $1727.
Heifers over 450kg made to 220c and averaged 207c, heifers 350-450kg sold to 210c, averaging 202c. RBE & EN Cloherty, Reben Downs, Injune sold Santa heifers to 220c, reaching a top of $1298 to average $1093.
Cows over 500kg peaked at 230c and averaged 195c, while cows in the 400- 500kg class topped at 198c and averaged 175c. L & L Cormack, Crystalbrook, Wallumbilla sold Charolais cross cows to 230c, reaching a top of $1437 to average $1368. John Russell, Culbara, Roma sold Droughtmaster cows to 206c, reaching a top of $1222 to average $1125.
GS & CJ White, Marionvale, Surat sold Charolais cross cows to 205c, reaching a top of $1335 to average $1194. Pandin Pty Ltd, Timor, Injune sold Droughtmaster cows to 203c, reaching a top of $1327 to average $1149.
