Steers over 550kg sold to 270c and averaged 261c, while steers 400- 550kg sold to 251c, averaging 251c. Heifers over 450kg made to 259c and averaged 251c, heifers 350-450kg sold to 251c, averaging 249c.
BC Griffin, Sydeva, Yuleba sold Brahman cross heifers to 259c, reaching a top of $1244 to average $1244. Alan Greig Langton, Picton, Muckadilla sold Charolais cross heifers to 251c, reaching a top of $1200 to average $1092.
Cows over 500kg peaked at 249c and averaged 232c, while cows in the 400- 500kg class topped at 240c and averaged 211c. K & CJ Francis, Bangalla, Injune sold Brahman cross cows to 247c, reaching a top of $1401 to average $1205. Todd Cattle Co Pty Ltd, Roma Feedlot, Roma sold Brahman cross cows to 240c, reaching a top of $1489 to average $1103. Bulls over 600kg earned to 257c and averaged 231c.
