As the sun shone down at the Bouldercombe property people flocked from far and wide.
The Childs family were smiling from ear to ear as they celebrated the 50 year milestone of Glenlands Droughtmasters.
Here are the 2018 sale results:
155 bulls averaged $11,035 (Top $80,000)
Total clearance. Gross $1,710,500
16 Led bulls - Averaged $23,531
Highlights from the sale were:
* Glenlands D Winchester (P) ($80,000) selling to the Ken Mutton and family, Fieldhouse Stud, Wickepin, WA.
* Glenlands D Whynot (P) ($47,500) selling to the High Country Droughtmasters, Toogoolawah.
* Glenlands J Warlord (P) ($47,500) selling to the Foot family, Karin Downs, Clermont.
It was a true family affair as Val, Darren and Helen, Jason and Carissa and their children welcomed the crowd to the annual on-property sale where 168 bulls were offered.
