Queensland Country Life’s Southern Beef Week open days will see 14 studs scattered between the South Burnett and the Scenic Rim, open their gates for visitors this weekend.

During the open days guests will be able to get a better understanding of the goals these outstanding stud producers are trying to achieve within their operations, get an early preview of cattle they’ll be offering at upcoming sales this year, and the opportunity to take home a handy bull or heifer.
The eight studs hosting property tours on Saturday, July 21 include: BJF Limousin; Boonderoo Brangus; Bryvonlea Droughtmasters; Cooinda Santa Gertrudis; Dunlop Santa Gertrudis; Marcella Angus; RSVP Droughtmasters; and Vale View Droughtmasters.
On Sunday, July 22 a further six studs will welcome guests, including: Amberwood Droughtmaster; Carabar Angus; Elite Cattle Co; Fairlight Speckle Park and Modern Pinzgauer; High Country Droughtmasters; and Springside Simmentals.
