For close to 50 years CRT has been providing quality service and advice to farmers, while supporting their communities nationwide.
A CRT spokesman said CRT FarmFest is one of Australia's most influential agricultural field days, and the company is proud to have been the event major sponsor since 2006.
“This exciting three-day event provides producers with an chance to source the latest in products, services, and to discover new farming trends and technologies.
“Through good seasons and bad, Qld’s rural producers have shown themselves to be resourceful, innovative and determined, and CRT enjoys working with them to improve their productivity while maintaining their competitiveness.”
Over 65 CRT stores across Qld, and more than 300 stores nationally, provide producers with quality farm inputs, agronomic advice and rural merchandise products and services.
“CRT are the knowledge experts when it comes to understanding what their farmer’s need, with the expertise and resources to help them minimise production costs and optimise outputs to grow their business.
“CRT FarmFest is an extension of that service, with over 2,500 businesses together in one location, many opportunities to network are available to jointly improve farm management.
“A strong sense of community exists across the entire CRT group and they’re always keen to support the communities that support them.”
While CRT is a proud supporter of Lifeline, a national charity providing Australians experiencing crises access to 24-hour support and suicide prevention services, and a number of other charities; this year at FarmFest staff will be focusing their attention on helping raise funds and awareness for Dolly’s Dream.
Amy “Dolly” Everett was the tragic victim of bullying who ended her young life at just 14 years of age. Dolly’s Dream is working to create positive change and help prevent the lives of other children being lost, acting as a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. You can help support this cause by purchasing a blue cattle cane, available at CRT FarmFest on the CRT stand.
The team at CRT are very excited about this year’s FarmFest, and it promises to be the best event yet.
“Dalby Rural Supplies and Farmcraft looks forward to welcoming you to Kingsthorpe Park and showing you the future of Qld’s agricultural industry,” he said.
