MERCY Health and Aged Care Central Queensland Ltd is pitching its tent on East St, Rockhampton for Beef Week.
The site at 2/75 East St will be full of information on aged care, community support, and health care provided by Mercy around Central Queensland.
Helpful people with knowledge of their allied health and therapy services, social support, independent living, residential aged care, respite care, and hospitals will be on site.
Mercy supports people to remain in their own home and community through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC).
The aged care facilities provide short-term respite care that gives carers and loved ones an additional level of support to stay at home.
If you would like assistance with mobility, rehab, arthritis, caring for someone, rightsizing for retirement, dementia, care options and general health and wellbeing, stop by for a cup of tea or coffee and a fireside chat.
Visit the Mercy site from 9am and 4pm on May 8 to 12.
