The 2018 ACA National Finals proved that distance is just a number when it comes to how far some competitors will travel for the sport they love, with some travelling over 2000km one way.
Over 160 competitors took part in the finals, with more than 1040 first round runs, which by anyone’s standards is a fantastic number and a credit to the committee, volunteers and cattle donors for running each event as seamlessly as the next.
The following are the 2018 Champion Horses across all titles: Riverina Champion Open Horse, Repeater owned by Rohan Marks; Champion Novice Horse, Destined To Be owned by Tory Acton; Bar H Grazing Wagyu Champion Sire Progeny, Acres Destiny owned by Richard Bull; One Moore Daddy Champion Rookie Horse, Concession owned by Jodie Crozier and Cannard Hats Champion Cut Out horse, Paradise owned by Peter Cookson.
A big thank you must go to the committee, volunteers, competitors and cattle donors as without them the event would not have been possible.
