THE 756 hectare (1867 acre) freehold Dululu property Wura has sold at auction for $1.25 million.
Described as predominantly undulating to hilly country with well developed pastures, the property has been running 180 head to meatworks weights.
Pastures comprise of buffel, green panic, Rhodes, soft native grasses and seca stylo. About 95 per cent of the property has been developed consisting of fertile creek flats and softwood, brigalow, belah and vine scrub valleys rising to iron-bark ridges.
Wura is divided into six main paddocks with a 2.5km laneway to cattle yards.
The steel and portable panel cattle yards have a vet crush, loading ramp and calf cradle. There are four dams and three bores.
