THE son of Katter’s Australian Party MP Shane Knuth faced court today for child exploitation and child grooming offences.

Daniel Knuth, 19, had his case mentioned in the Charters Towers Magistrates Court today, where it was adjourned until March 19.

Knuth was charged on September 24 last year with possession of child exploitation material, using a carriage service for child exploitation material and grooming a child under the age of 16.

Knuth is the son of MP Shane Knuth, who was re-elected to represent the new Queensland seat of Hill at the November state election.
