The Central Highlands Cotton Growers & Irrigators Association along with Cotton Australia will offer financial scholarships to students who are enrolled in Certificate III based programs at Emerald Agricultural College in 2018.
The Scholarships are open to candidates who are enrolled or enrolling at the college to study Access Ag, Cropping Skills or PACE (Yr 12).
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a clear interest in pursuing a career in irrigated or dryland cotton farming, be eligible to live, work, and study in Australia and not already received any other scholarship or bursary for their course for the 2018 study year.
Applications close on January 10 (Wednesday) and must be made on the application form here, and emailed to enquiries@qatc.edu.au
The winner will have a payment credit towards either their tuition or residential accommodation account, with a $1500 portion retained to cover the cost of attendance at the Australian Cotton Conference biannual conference.
