An elderly woman remains in a serious condition in hospital after she was attacked by her pet dingoes in Sydney's south west.
The 78-year-old woman was trying to rescue her pug from her three other dogs, which police believed to be dingo crosses, when they attacked her.
Emergency services were called to the woman's property in Greendale about 5pm on Monday, and she was treated at the scene while the dogs were secured in kennels.
Kay Armstrong from NSW Ambulance Service told Nine News the woman's injuries were bad.
"[She sustained] serious injuries to her arms and legs, including puncture wounds and a degloving injury to one of her arms," she said.
The woman was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition.
Her three dogs were kept on the property overnight, and would be seized by Liverpool Council in the morning.
The fourth dog died as a result of its injuries.
