Vicky Leonard is marketing manager at Arrowfield Stud. She grew up on a farm in Timaru in the far south of the South Island of New Zealand. Like many Kiwis who have entered  the racing industry in Australia, she brings a wealth of practical talent, and she hopes her views will help re-ignite young people's interest in racing. Let’s face it most raceday crowds are down to pathetic levels. How can we get young people back on track?
