Toowoomba's planting marathon

ABC Gardening Australia host Sophie Thomson and the team of dedicated planters from Toowoomba Region’s Parks team put their highly-skilled green thumbs to the test, on a mission this week to plant 68,000 annuals and 10,500 bulbs just for Laurel Bank Park alone.

With planting underway of nearly 160,000 annuals and 20,00 bulbs, this year’s Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is set to be the one of the biggest yet.
