Visitors to the 31st annual running of The Caves Show can look forward to a variety of agricultural events, family fun and top flight entertainment when the event takes place on Saturday, April 29.
The Caves Progress & Agricultural Society will host the 2017 show, and said there will be plenty to see on the day which will open at 6am.
Events include stud beef cattle, hacking, show jumping, working stock horse, miniatures, harness, poultry and a dairy goat display. A raft of exhibits will be packed into the pavilion featuring cooking, craft, produce, horticulture, photography and school displays.
Show guests will also be able to browse trade sites and market stalls throughout the day, and kids can see the farm animals and experience the excitement of the diverse array of show rides.
The evening entertainment will begin at 4pm with an invitational truckies challenge, which will feature a bit of a twist this year.
Kick back and relax at the fully licenced bar while enjoying the dual delights of the mouthwatering barbeque on offer and the live music courtesy of Ben Beasley and his band. The night will be capped with a fireworks display which will light up the night sky.
