TAROOM RESCUE: A man was airlifted to Toowoomba by RACQ LifeFlight Rescue after falling from a ladder.
THE Toowoomba based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has conducted its second critical mission today after flying an injured man from Condamine on the Western Downs.
After dropping the patient to the Toowoomba Hospital, the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue service flew to Taroom to airlift a severely injured man.
The male patient in his mid-fifties sustained suspected fractures to his leg after falling from a ladder.
He was treated by local hospital staff and Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics before being flown to the Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
