THE strength of the rural property market continues to be demonstrated with the 16,671 hectare (41,196 acre) Cunnamulla propertry Glencoe listed for $4.1 million.
Located 17km south of Cunnamulla, about 12,000ha property receives reliable low-level floods outs from the Warrego River and Cuttaburrra Creek.
Glencoe is being offered by Harry and Meryl Henry through Landmark Harcourts. The asking price is equal to about $246/ha ($99.50/acre).
