UPPER Pilton property The Glen was passed in at GDL Real Estate auction for $4 million in Toowoomba this morning.
Located about 45 minutes from Toowoomba, the 867-hectare (2144 acre) property is in seven freehold titles.
The country consists of creek flats to undulating ridges with heavy black and brown basalt soils.
The Glen has been developed with bluegrass, biisset, paspalum, kikuyu, blue couch, Rhodes grass, clovers and medics.
