The Glenmorgan Glitz and Glam Gala drew a large crowd on Saturday night before the heavens opened an hour into the event.
Despite a heavy downpour and everything becoming quite soggy, people were still determined to have a good time and the festivities carried on.
Not having to worry about their hair or makeup getting wet, many of the men in attendance were content to ride out the storm at the only logical place – the bar.
