THE Baldwin family’s diverse Wellcamp/Biddeston district property Enterprise is on the market, to be auctioned by Elders in Toowoomba on February 22.

Complete with irrigation, the EU accredited cattle, grain and horse property is located in major potential growth area 20 minutes from Toowoomba and 10 minutes from South East Queensland's new Wellcamp Airport.

The 146 hectare (360 acre) property is in three freehold lots and features two road frontages.
