Positioned 13km from Ebor and 88km from Armidale, the 784 hectare (1937 acre) property is located in the picturesque Wongwibinda area.

The property is described as being gently undulating soft trap soils leading to basalt and boasts a solid fertiliser history. Improved pastures include fescue, rye grass, cocksfoot with clover throughout.
