PAUL Gripske’s fodder and cattle property has sold at a Ray White Rural auction for $3.54 million.
Located at Mount Archer near Woodford, Wundaburra is a 209 hectare (516 acre) farm, made up of 56ha of freehold and 153ha of leasehold through SEQ Water.
A total of 10 parties registered to bid at the auction following 25 separate inspections generated from 100-plus inquires.
Records show the property last sold for $2.3m in 2014.
While the total area of the farm is described as ideally suitable for grazing and finishing utilising the forage and improved pasture, Wundaburra’s real strength is in its extensive 80ha of irrigation and cultivation of the fertile creek and river flats.
More than 160ha can be irrigated, serviced by 7km of underground mains and 54 hydrants.

Water is supplied by both the permanent Neurum Creek and the Stanley River, which make up the northern and eastern boundaries are border by.
Improvements include numerous large sheds, fencing, a silo and cattle yards, and a 1219m airstrip.
