LYLE and Clare Cherry have decided to sell their property Pinegrove.
Located 28km south east of Roma, the freehold 314 hectare (775 acre) property has a Carnarvon Highway frontage.
Pinegrove will be auctioned by Ray White Rural in Roma on December 8.
The country is described as being undulating red loam with scattered shade. The majority of the block having been cleared and stick raked. About 100ha was blade ploughed in 2016 and seeded to silk sorghum and improved pastures.
The balance of the country is predominately well established buffel grass. The country was originally timbered with belah, kurrajong, wilga and there is a small ironbark ridge.
Pinegrove is marked as 100 per cent white on Queensland Government vegetation maps.
The property is divided into five paddocks. Water is supplied by three dams.
Improvements include a three room cottage, enclosed steel shed, steel cattle yards and a gravel pit.
