The lack of availability of young, quality lines of commercial Brangus heifers was clearly evident at last week’s Triple B Brangus Sale, Dingo.

Pens of purebred unjoined heifers fetched $1700 per head on three occasions in a market that saw 231 average $1162 for vendors, Lindsay and Fiona Barlow and family, Araluen, Dingo.

The sale was the final segment in the catalogue at the Triple B Annual Production Sale.
