As the clouds started to build so too the momentum of the sale with top price being reached for Tannyfoil Marco L122 of $20,000.
Marco was offered by Gavin McKenzie and family, Tannyfoil Brangus, Blackwater and purchased by Amanda and Mark Salisbury and family, Bimbadeen Brangus, Eidsvold for the $20,000 sire.
Overall when the dust had settled, the sale saw a clearance of 68 percent for the bull portion of the sale and a $6288 solid average.
The next high price bull of the day also from the Tannyfoil stud was $16,000 paid by Brenten and Virginia Lowe, BVL Brangus, Mundubbera for Tannyfoil Liam L183.
The heifers offered the afternoon before during the bull walk through the helmsman system averaged $1622 for a top of $3000.
The top heifer Redline 6/033 offered by Peter and Kristine Dingle and family, Redline Brangus, Eidsvold found a new home with Jane Geddes, Charlevue Brangus, Dingo.
