Queensland Country Life’s Southern Beef Week stud cattle open days were a success again this year, according to the stud producers involved in the event.
Cattle producers traveled from far and wide to attend the stud open days including: Boonderoo Brangus, Tansey, Bryvonlea Droughtmasters, Glastonbury, Vale View Droughtmasters, Manumbar, RSVP and Sylvan Springs Droughtmasters, Windera, Ridge Didge Droughtmasters, Goomeri, Dunlop Santa Gertrudis, Proston.
Also, Sandon Glenoch Angus, Chinchilla, Weetalabah Herefords and Gelbvieh, Dulacca, Bulliac Angus, Miles, Marcella Angus, Goomeri, Talana Limousin, Memerambi, Diamond L Charolais and Charbrays, Nanango, River Run Charolais, Linville, High Country Droughtmasters, Eskdale, Meldon Park Simmentals, Cecil Plains, Carabar Angus, Meandarra, Elara Brangus, Laidley, Fairlight Speckle Park and Modern Pingauer plus Belted and White Galloway, Greymare.
QCL’s Southern Beef Week was held over the weekend on Saturday July 22 and Sunday July 23 with all the cattle studs reporting good attendance at their open days from both commercial cattle producers and stud owners as well.
