The Mackay Rabobank branch first opened its doors on April 20th, 1997 under the guidance of Graham Blines who is still with the branch today. Since then it has grown to a staff of eight.
Over 100 guest turned out recently to help staff celebrate the milestone.
Branch Manager Wade Sanders told guests the evening was about them.
“It is our clients who make our business and we are forever grateful for their ongoing support,” he said.
Local Accountant Tony Olsen, Flor Hanly congratulated Mackay Rabobank team saying achieving 20 years was one thing - but having done so successfully with a stable team of great people was an accomplishment to be proud of.
“We greatly value the long term relationships and friendships that we have formed with the Mackay branch over the years.
“The same strong friendships and relationships I have witnessed between many of our clients with the team.”
