Rain laid the dust for central west's opening 2017 race meeting

Not even 15mm of rain on Friday evening could dampen the enthusiasm for the central west racing season to get underway again, and a sunny day on Saturday brought out the hoops and fashions for a great day out at Blackall, designated the “Meet and Greet” races.
