Irrigators say no to targeted buybacks

Dozens of irrigators have attended meetings in Dirranbandi, St George, Goondiwindi and Toowoomba over the past two days to hear first hand from the Murray Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) about proposed amendments to the Basin Plan.
