NEGOTIATIONS are continuing on the 205 hectare (506 acre) Taroom property Happy Home, which was passed in on an auctioneer’s bid $1.7 million on Thursday.
Marketing agent Darryl Langton, Landmark Harcourts, said four parties has registered to big on the lifestyle property in four freehold titles located 4km from Taroom.
Happy Home features an immaculate 56 square, four bedroom, three bathroom, craftsman built homestead. It has polished floors, 3m ceilings and VJ walls, an open plan kitchen/dining are, formal lounge/dining and a games room.
The property also has 45ha of leucaena balance improved pastures and fertile scrub soil grazing. It is estimated to carry 45 cows and calves fattened to bullocks.
