FOR Michael Tomlinson from Ray White Rural Toowoomba, 2016 has been a year of major milestones.
In addition to taking out a number of awards in the last couple of months and a record sale for the agency, he has celebrated of the birth of his first child.
This week Michael was recognised as the second top sales person in September for the Ray White Rural Network in Australia, on the back of his recent award as rookie of the year for the 2015-16 financial year.
Keeping in line with his stellar performance to date he posted a record sale for the agency last month for Dumfries at Blackall. He sold the 13,269 hectare property, after it had been on and off the market with a number of other agencies for about five years.
Joining Ray White Rural Toowoomba just 18 months ago, Michael’s dream run can be attributed to his guidance from the agency’s rural principal Myles Cosgrove alongside of his wide range of skills and knowledge with years of experience in the cattle industry and other agricultural sectors.
Michael and his wife Anna welcomed the birth of their first child, Libby, in July this year.
