The Toowoomba branch of Vanderfield recently hosted Sam Allen, chairman and chief executive officer of Deere & Company, the world’s largest producer of agricultural equipment.
Mr Allen was presented a jersey of the Queensland Maroons to celebrate the ongoing wins of the Queensland State of Origin team and to underscore the similar success of the Vanderfield business for John Deere.
Allen and other Deere senior executives were on hand to learn more about the Vanderfield operations, which has 13 John Deere dealership locations across Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia and is consistently a top performing dealer group for John Deere.
Toowoomba is at the heart of Australian agriculture and is recognized as a leader in agricultural technology and farming best practices.
