THE St George community will be out in force to support the 132nd St George Agricultural Show on the first Sunday in May.
Action and excitement will again fill the air in St George with another impressive line-up of entertainment on the cards.
There will be a full horse program including rider classes, hack classes, hunter classes, ASH classes and a show jumping program with more than $5000 in prize money up for grabs.
New to the 2016 show event will the stud meat sheep exhibition which includes junior judging and handling for students.
St George High School student and steward Courtney Barr recently placed second in the State Finals held at Toowoomba Royal Show.
There will be a recycled art exhibition along with a pet show, wool section and heaps of entertainment for the whole family including the fireworks spectacular and the Eljay Freestyle motor bike stunt show.
The Gill Bros Rodeo will highlight the best of the best in the ring with big top entertainment featuring roving stilt walkers, free balloons and face painting.
The Maranoa Mechanical Demolition Derby will keep the crowds in awe as they crash their way through the afternoon.

Locals and visitors alike are welcome to display the products and services that they offer to the region at the St George Show.
Enjoy the sweet sounds of musicians Tootie Hiles at the Apex Bar during the evening or mosey on over to the Cattleman’s Bar to see Dave Hancock performing.
There will also be an affiliated sports shear event for the first time ever at the St George Show as part of the Queensland Sports Shear Circuit on May 1 before the state finals on September 2.
