Firm market for meatworks cattle at Biggenden

Burnett Livestock and Realty’s meatworks and store sale held on March 31 saw a yarding of 677 head and a firm market for meatworks lines. In the store section, heavy feeder steers came off the boil due to some feedlots being filled to capacity. Other store cattle still sold in the vendors’ favour with prices remaining firm.
