SIR William Allen has bought the Blackall property Cotswold Paddock at an auction today.
Sir William paid $725,000 for the 1162ha property which adjoins his Blackall base Alice Downs. The price equals about $252/acre.
Cotswold Paddock is located about 11km north of Blackall and is estimated to run about 200 cows.
Trevor Sullivan Stock and Realty, Blackall, handled the sale.
