Offered by Alec and Chris Hyden and family, Sandalwood was a part of The Eight Mile at Dalbeg and is located 100km south of Ayr.

Sandalwood is estimated to have a safe carrying capacity of 1500 cattle.

The property forms a unique natural pocket bounded by a 25km frontage to the Burdekin River and the Leichhardt Range.

Sandalwood is described as heavily grassed with black spear and Indian couch with some urochloa, seca and verano stylo.
