THE Far North West NSW Darling River property Pattison Station has sold at a Landmark Harcourts auction in Cobar
Located 34km upstream of Louth and 65km south west of Bourke, the 8202ha (20,269 acre) Western Lands Lease was sold at auction on Thursday for $900,000. The price is equal to about $110/ha ($44/acre).
