Bonnie was born and raised on a sixth-generation cane and cattle farm outside of Childers.
She completed year 12 at Isis District State High School and was valedictorian in her graduating class.
Since school Bonnie has completed a Certificate III and IV in Agriculture and a Certificate II, III and IV in Community Pharmacy.
She currently works as a dispense technician and senior medical administrator in the Bundaberg region.
Bonnie hopes to contribute to keeping her family properly running viably and sustainably.
She enjoys the outdoors, going on 4x4 trips, to race meets, rodeos and campdrafts.
Bonnie has also played women's rugby league with the Bundaberg Past Brothers and has played at a representative level in the 47th Battalion competition.
Q: What inspires you?
A: Definitely my parents for passing on their strong work ethics, passion to care for others and motivating me to be the best person I can be.
Q: What do you see yourself doing in five years?
A: I would hope that I may be starting a little family of my own by then and I wish to be still heavily involved with our community and recreational events and co-ordination.
Q: What's your main rule in life?
A: To stand up for what you believe in, treat others with respect, give credit where credit is due, always trust your gut instinct, expect little but give a lot and always smile.
Q: What are you looking forward to the most during the Showgirl Awards State Final at the Ekka
A: The atmosphere and seeing the quality array of exhibitors on display across all sections of the RNA show.
