ONGOING demand for Central Queensland cattle country has seen the 974-hectare (2407 acre) Baralaba property Eulo sell for $2.05 million at an auction in Moura today.
The freehold property sold to Harrison McCoy, Perch Creek, Duaringa, for the equivalent of about $2105/ha ($852/acre).

The auction was conducted by Gary Bishop and John Crerar from Hourn & Bishop Queensland in the Moura Tavern. The auction had 11 registered bidders.
The sale of Eulo follows the sale of Struan between Comet and Rolleston $15.9m yesterday.
Struan sold for the equivalent $1422/ha ($576/acre).
The attention of the rural property market is now focused on the 2173ha Raff Angus aggregation at Drillham.
The western Darling Downs property will be offered on a walk-in, walk-out basis by Roger Lyne and Andrew Kirtley from Ray White Rural in Brisbane tomorrow.
